You can’t get glutathione from foods and nutrients as they’ll will just be digested in the stomach. You can take those that can boost glutathione production of the body. Some of these include N-Acetylcysteine, silymarin or milk thistle, Alpha Lipoic Acid or ALA, Melatonin and Methionine.

Raw eggs and raw milk are probably the best foods that helps GSH production. Raw egg whites have their own anti-nutrient risks. Those that can digest them properly can get plenty of nutrients from them, and can reap the gluta boosting benefits.
