  1. How to order?

Go to our Main Menu and click SHOP.

Choose from the left side bar the desired product you want to buy.

Click the specific item you want.

At the bottom of the item’s description, click “Yes! I want this!” button and then, fill up the order form.

Lastly, click “PAY NOW”.

  1. What are your mode of payments?

We do accept Bank Account Deposits/Online Bank Transfer via BPI or BDO, Remittance Payments via LBC, Palawan, MLhuilier, Cebuana. We also accept Cash on Delivery Payments but within Cebu City only.

  1. Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do offer FREE SHIPPING.  We offer free shipping for Philippine clients only anywhere in the Philippines.

  1. When do you ship orders? How?

For Local Shipments, cut off payments for same day processing/shipment of order is 2pm. Free shipping via Erim Express/LBC or JRS. If within Metro Manila, Cebu or Davao, about 1 to 2 working days. If outside those areas, about 2-4 working days delivery. (If no delays, and also do consider holidays/no work days). We ship between 2pm to 3pm. After shipping, we’ll send you your tracking numbers on the sources which you communicated with us.

For International Shipments, we ship through EMS postal and it takes about 7 to 15 working days for your order to reach you. We also ship via DHL but only with Singapore clients only.

We also can’t control delays if there are any. We also can’t ship the butterflies/syringes for gluta injectables. – More info here https://theglutashop.com/shipping-delivery/.

  1. What is your proof that you will ship my order?

Upon ordering, we do contact you with your email address and send you or ask you of any changes with your shipping address. After your payment has been settled, we then prepare your order and send you before and after packing photos of your desired item. We also send you tracking information after shipping.

We post items on our PROOF OF SHIPMENTS page and also with our fb page our local and international shipments.

  1. What time do you accept Cash on Delivery?

For Cash on Delivery, we only accept COD from 9am to 2pm. Cash on delivery is available for those who are within Cebu City only. Please be specific with your location to complicate confusions.

  1. Do you do meet-ups?

Yes, we do meet ups. We do meet ups after office hours, strictly from 5:30pm – 6pm. Meet ups are only at Robinson’s Cyber-gate and Robinson’s Mall Fuente Osmeña. Please bring the exact amount.

  1. Do you do refund of orders?
